Operational costs such as fuel, port fees, crew provisioning, and food are billed transparently through an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Check the individual yacht listing for exact fee structures.

Common extra costs can include fuel, marina fees, skipper or crew fees, provisioning, drinks, meals, port taxes, national park fees, final cleaning, security deposit, and optional water toys. Yes. Mostly, the refundable security deposits are standard for weekly bareboat rentals in Bahamas to safeguard the vessel against potential hull damage, inventory loss, or insurance deductibles. For fully crewed luxury yacht charters, this requirement is typically replaced by comprehensive corporate marine insurance or integrated directly into different operational payment structures; please feel free to check with us to ensure complete financial transparency.

For peak season, school holidays, Christmas, New Year, Easter, and summer weeks, it is best to book several months in advance. The best yachts, catamarans, and crewed boat charters in Bahamas often sell out early during high-demand periods.
