Best excursion in Nassau
Amazing. Must-do for visiting Bahamas. Crew was great. Very safe. Boat was fast and fun to ride in. Each stop just got better and better. Lunch was great and very filling.

A MUST book experience.
Shore thing experience. Wow! Words could not describe the amazing atmosphere that Emma and Cardo provided on this booking. From the very beginning they were high energy, very knowledgeable and personable. They made sure everyone was having a good experience and doing it safely. I would recommend booking this excursion to each and everyone that is visiting the Bahamas. It’s not just about the spectacular stops along the way but the Captain and crew made all the difference. Thank you Cardo and Emma for a unforgettable experience and to Shore Thing Escapes for having a premier Captain and crew.
sensational blown away experience‼️
This experience was one to truly remember. The morning started with a Pleasant welcome and soft breakfast before we started our tour.The breakfast banana bread was delicious. It was the first thing I kept down since my husband and I found out we were expecting. Prior to booking shore thing excursion, We told them that i was expecting and asked if it would be safe to do this in my condition. They assured me that it would be safe and they would do their best to make sure all safety measures are followed. Upon getting on to the boat we were directed to the back because it would be a much smoother ride for me. Once everyone was seated the tour guide laid out the safety rules and informed us of all the stops we would be making. Our first stop was at a cay that had huge iguanas. They were big and beautiful, at least they were to me. They had a sequence of colors and we fed them grapes on a stick. Also a few birds came over to eat grapes off of the stick. The next stop was at site where a plane had crashed years ago and the fish made a home out of it. It’s nice but not my favorite part only because there were seaweed floating to the top of the water and once you came back up they would get stuck in your hair ( wear a swim cap) and you will be fine. The next stop was a beautiful under water aquarium and man ohh man words can nottt describe how amazing this place was, thousands of little marine life. I want to show everyone back home how incredible this place was so this time I took my cell phone (not knowing if it was water proof or not) At this point I didn’t care I needed people to see it lol. The tour guy fed them bread and the fish just followed him everywhere. After 20 minutes or so it was back on the boat and we were off to our next stop. I must say there was never a dull moment. The boat crew was very informative an made sure we stayed hydrated with there complimentary drinks also they gave snacks. The crew member kovin showed us the cay where Johnny Depp filmed one of his movies. Then we went to lunch, lunch was on the main island of exuma at a restaurant along side the beach. I must say food was pretty good it was like a mini buffet. I got peas an rice, baked chicken an macaroni they offered other things but I was playing it safe seeing that I am pregnant and didn’t want to upset my stomach. After lunch we went to swim with the sharks an boy oh boy I was soo scared. My husband was not getting in the water and nor was I, but yet he was egging me on to go in then my hat blow off into the water with the baby sharks lol ( keep in mind everyone else was in the water have a great time ) we were on the side line like two chickens. I finally build the courage to retrieve my hat so in the water I went an let me tell you scariest moment in my life but it was a great experience. I can finally take swimming with sharks off of my bucket list. Once we were done with the sharks it was time to swim with the pigs and I mean literally. There were very large pigs and also piglet running around coming and going in and out of the water. The entire experience was truly worth the price. We finished the day at a very beautiful beach crystal clear water the water was calm and the beach was exquisite. We plan to definitely do this trip again!!
An Incredible & Memorable Experience
The full day excursion to Exuma was the highlight of our trip in the Bahamas! We were very fortunate to have Emma as our tour guide. She was full of life and energy - she made many accommodations to make sure our needs were met. Most importantly, she made sure everyone around her felt safe and comfortable. It a blast being able to experience the iguana island, the pigs, sharks, and even the aquarium. Our group has the best time! Thank you, Shore Thing and Emma, for such a memorable experience! TIPS: Don't forget a hat, hairbrush, sunscreen, waterproof phone pouch, hair tie, and towels!
Best excursion ever!!!
Greatest excursion I have been on. Emma, Tony, and Ricardo made the entire day so much fun!!! The views on the boat ride were spectacular. Every stop was just amazing!! Everyone should do this excursion.
